By accessing and using the services provided by ApexQuanta AB ("we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. ApexQuanta operates as a licensed pawnshop providing financial services secured by personal property. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Short-term loans secured by valuable personal property
• Professional appraisal and valuation services
• Secure storage of pledged items
• Purchase and sale of valuable items
• Related financial and advisory services

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and any items you wish to pawn
• Present valid government-issued identification when required
• Ensure you have legal ownership of any items you bring for appraisal or pawning
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees, interest, and charges according to the agreed terms
• Treat our staff and premises with respect
• Not attempt to pawn stolen, counterfeit, or illegal items

Loan Terms and Conditions

All loans are subject to the following general conditions:

• Loans are secured by the pledged item(s) left in our possession
• Interest rates and fees will be clearly disclosed before loan agreement
• Loan terms typically range from 1 to 18 months depending on the item and loan amount
• Items may be redeemed by paying the full amount due (principal, interest, and fees)
• Failure to redeem items within the agreed period may result in forfeiture
• We reserve the right to refuse any loan application at our discretion

Intellectual Property

The content, organisation, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to our website and services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such content or any part of our services is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document, or other materials viewed through our services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexQuanta AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on our services
• Any content obtained from our services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ApexQuanta AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Sweden, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Swedish arbitration law, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding our services.
